Difficulties at home with their children often influences the effectiveness of parents at work. Stressful times at home can result in tense relationships at work; or, a morning phone call from the school about a truanting or excluded child can result in a sudden absence from work; or, a parent worried about their child isn’t able to focus adequately on their work. In particular, new parents coming to terms with such a huge adjustment in life and needing to achieve a healthy work/life balance often need help. A happy and fulfilled parent will make a happy and productive worker!

1. A ‘Building Effective Families’ course. These run over 8 weeks, with a 2 hour session each week. Between sessions we offer one-to-one parent coaching with each family so that the principles and strategies introduced in the group sessions can be applied most effectively in each family circumstance. You might want to discuss running a course in house specifically for your employees.
2. A Half/Full Day Workshop on themes such as:
* Communicating with your child
* How to resolve a conflict and stay friends with your child!
* Enjoy your children
* Dealing with Challenging Behaviour
* Parenting children with ADD/ADHD
